This Fall DTLR joined New Balance & St. Jude’s in debuting our first ever collaboration shoe in which 100% of the profits are going towards finding cures to terminal diseases plaguing young people and their families throughout the world. Every March, our employees push to collect and raise money on behalf of St. Jude, and in 2017 we reached $90,000 in donations! This year with the help of our special make-up coordinator June Sanders and New Balance, DTLR was able to release the St. Jude 530 on September 29th. The promotional tour started in with news coverage on Baltimore’s Fox 45 network only to land us in Memphis, Tennessee to take part in St. Jude’s “Celebration of Hope”. During the event we were able to spread the news about our new release and sell nearly 50 pairs of shoes.
