On Wednesday, Aug. 14 from 3-6 p.m., DTLR teamed up with Baltimore native and professional boxer Gervonta “Tank” Davis to give away 1,000 backpacks to local children in need ahead of the first day of school.

The giveaway, which is in partnership with “Tank’s” GTD Cares Foundation, will take place at the Robert C. Marshall Rec Center and will include food, music, fun, prizes, and more.

DTLR takes pride in its role in fashion, music and culture, and gives back to the communities it serves through several other programs, including toy drives and partnerships with athletes and recording artists to support local schools and communities.
